After months of restoration work on its plinth, the façade of Speersort 8 is now shining in new splendour. With a combination of elegant natural stone, modernised window fronts and a stylishly discreet glass roof, the building retains its historical charm whilst simultaneously exuding contemporary sophistication. The ground floor has seen some changes, too. The Z-24 dental centre has completely renovated its premises to reveal a high-quality, modern design.

The plinth redesign at Speersort 8 goes far beyond mere renovation – it is a successful symbiosis of tradition and progress.
